Many of our property owners live outside Calgary and need someone dedicated to help in emergencies. Our team is locally based and able to deal with repairs, business licensing, condo management, cleaners and marketing to help get guests into your suite. How does it work?

Reach out via the contact form with your details and details about your property.

We will then reach out with a questionnaire to gain information about your rental, like the neighbourhood, amenities and number of bedrooms. We might ask you to submit pictures.

Once we have all of the required information, we will analyze the data and provide you with a report and estimate of how much you can expect to rent your property for. We will also include our anticipated fees and full overview of services.

Once you decide to sign on with us, we will meet in person to view the property and make well-informed suggestions on improvements or staging to help you maximize revenue and booking appeal. We will prepare a list of items to make the space rental-ready and send you an agreement to sign.

Once this list is complete, we get you set up on our booking platform and begin marketing your property for rental. It's that easy!
